As400 Lan/wan - ???

I'm applying for a job opening that has the following as part of the job description:

Perform configuration, management and troubleshooting of hardware and software on LAN/WAN including WindowsNT/2000/XP, Macintosh OS9/OSX, and AS400 platforms

The only part that gets me is the AS400 part. I have very limited knowledge of what AS400 is, but know nothing about it in regards to LAN/WAN management. Can someone with AS400 experience shed some light on this for me, or point me to a good resource?

well im kinda behind in the class im still tyring to catch up i seriously have no clue how that system works im just taking that class and noding with my head as the prof. is teaching

lol failed my first one but im starting to kinda understand how to get around and stuff in it but still dont know much, and the CL coding in is so stupid it's like visual basic
