Almost as bad as Joe Theisman Leg Break. You have to wait for the replay to really see it. I was at this game way back when.

I've had a teamate break his leg like Theisman's, it was ugly to see from the field. Those look pretty nasty, but the internal ones are worse. I hit a guy once, broke 4 ribs punctured a lung and liver and ruptured his spleen. I felt bad for days.
