April 13th, 2006 - IE Chat Transcript

There was a chat session with the IE staff on April 13th, and the transcript is online. They answered roughly 120 questions in about an hour's time, which is very impressive.

^^^^Not really a fair statement IMO.

They answered 120 questions in an hour, that's pretty effective I'd say. They never said "no time", they just discarded some questions that weren't related to IE directly. Any questions that would involve serious research/discussion, they requested those to be e-mailed in so they could look into further and try to help others with questions they could answer on the fly. It's good time management
