The cd information looks like cdart display. as for the others; it could be any number of things.

Winamp (not sure what skin), cdart display and it looks like he moved the digital clock from the sidebar off the sidebar. It's a Vista gadget.

Now that you mention that, it could be the modern winamp skin made small and stretched.

The weather does look like a gadget, maybe a yahoo gadget. I actually wouldn't be surprised if the clock is a yahoo gadget as well.
