does anyone know of an app that shows what DMA mode you are in because i installed the new nforce drivers and i cant see what i am in within windows and my burner is not working and i know that it does not work in PIO mode so yea, does anyone know of an app that will let me see what DMA i am in?

I'm confused, you don't need an application, just check under the device manager > IDE/ATAPI Controllers > select an IDE device > under the advanced tab it shows what DMA mode the drive is in.

Western digital and others have little apps that can read the actual speed if you are suspected what windows is reporting.

the windows thing that shows it does not work
i need a third party program that will do the same thing

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
