aol problems not mine!

i use a different isp but my mother uses aol
the problem i'm having is when my mother trys to check her mail using my computer she gets the following message

The connecting IP address has been determined to be improperly secured and may be open to unauthorized use. Please refer to postmaster.info.aol.com for further information on AOL policies and guidelines.

i have my security setting at the default level
can anyone advise on what i can do?

You can try these ( attached pic ) settings first for IE ..
( and after this going along with ISP settings )
