Anyone recognize this theme?

I just reformatted the other day and I'm looking for the them I had been previously been using. I thought I had saved it, but I can't find it. Anyways, I have pic from a little earlier last year and was wondering if anyone reconized what theme it was. I thought it was "Grey Steel" but it wasn't (at least the one I had saved).
