ive heard that there is some sort of spyware type thing in SP3?? something MS put in it, and something about a CD key logger that gets sent to them..?

Well I never heard of anything like that. Do u remember where u heard it? As far as I can tell there is nothing running in the back ground on 2k that is sending info over the net because I'm running 2k SP3 as I'm typing this.
