Anyone have a Password Keeper program to reccomend?

I am looknig for a password keeper program, that is small simple, and uses low resources.

Does nayone have any reccomendations?

I have a folder in my desk drawer labeled Credentials in which I have all the serial numbers of my CPU, Monitor, KeyBoard, etc & all my user names for different sites/programs and passwords. Also have motherboard, video card etc info in it.

To me it is very simple to use and and uses no resources!
