anybody have a Leadtek TV2000XP Deluxe TV/FM Tuner

Looking at buying a Leadtek TV2000XP Deluxe TV/FM Tuner Video Capture Card, it says it has a 6 pin mini connector, does this have some sort of an adapter for RCA plugs for my vcr etc?

that's only for s-video or composite input. it should come with the appropriate cable that has both ends.
