any info on RJdW.exe

I found this set to run at startup from a temp directory on a friends computer. It's been disabled but I'd like to know what it is and where it came from. I've searched everywhere and can't find a single piece of info on it anywhere.

Does anyone know anything about it?

I use Textscan a small free program to look inside dodgy exe's.

It's likely a tidy little piece of software. We can't go very far with the .exe name - as it was probably randomly generated during the install.

Check Add/Remove Programs - if nothing suspicious, go deeper with hijackthis, spybot, and adaware. Keep an eye out for anything that points to the folder where you found the file.

i'd delete it and see what happens, but i'm a risk taker like that. no proper program should start from the temp folder

Go to Mcafee, Norton, etc. tell them it is suspected malware that their antivirus did not catch. Offer to post a copy for them.

Send it to the antispyware guys too.

Let the pro's do the work. That's why they get the big bucks.
