ok lets just say i want to stream a video thats like 5mb. and my web host won't let me upload more than 2mb files. is there a way i could like put it on my ftp or something and still stream it or like put a code that lets me stream it from someone elses site.

I beleive that real media allows you to use split files.
ie:
take "film.avi", split into 5 (1mb each) parts, convert each to a .rm file, and then in "film.ram" have
Code:
film1.rm
film2.rm
film3.rm
film4.rm
film5.rm

I cant back this up as I've only ever done it with music/audio, but its all real media, so video's should follow the same trend.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
