Is it worth paying about $15australian more to get a 2200 over a 2100. Will the 22 oc as well as the 21?

James

When talking that much money, I would say yea it is worth it..

That is : 6.03795 GBP

Definately worth £6 of anyones money, and I think the 2200 is better OC'er

Skazz

2100+ = 1733mhz
2200+ = 1800mhz
difference = 66mhz (3.846%)

not totally worth it. but if you're going to overlclock, it would be worth finding out what cores the 2100+ and 2200+ will be.

Yep, make sure you don't get a stupid crap palomino like I did.

Its a 2000+ (1667 stock) and its not stable at anything higher than 1812

*^@$*&(@$(&$@(*@(**^@$(*^!$^(*!$^*%*&$&%!#@&*!@#*!@*&!*#*@!#$*^$@!&*($!@&*($!@(**&$(!*&(!$@

I hate it.

I think they are both TbredB. So I will get the 22 then.

Thanks all.

Same here. See specs below. I can't get mine over an FSB of 141 :eek: TbredB was released a week after I bought my proc I believe (of course at that time I'd never heard of a Palomino either :D )

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
