My problem is this Sisoft Sisoft Sandra shows my mobo as MSI ms 6399 Medion motherboard. Medion UK do not answer emails and when i spoke to them after quequing for ages and learning how to cure other problems my request for a Motherboard Manual was treated dismissively. My Bios is dated 2001 and I cannot find any support on the Microstar site for 6399 board. any ideas on where to next?

Thanx for ur response just tried us site does not recognise 6399 am convinced it was manufactured by msi in germany as i found reviews of 6399 medion pc in german P4 1.8 mine is 1.6 dated 2001
