AHHH This sound prob really bugs me!

Alright, i know this is probably a simple problem, easily fixable, but it bugs the heck out of me. When I change the volume on the system tray, i hear a pc speaker beeb that does not change volume instead of a normal, regular speaker beep. It works fine, except for that stupid beep!

ok, so what is your question? how to turn of the pc speaker?

no even if i set the volume to lowest setting the pc speaker still beeps at the same volume if the volume is set to the highest level. So i cant tell how loud i am setting it unless i test it.

Double click on the speaker icon in your systray then on options > properties. You should be at the "playback" page. Look for a "PC Speaker" entry and select it then click OK. Now mute that puppy.
