Aggressive Mobo!

I thought it was high time to squeeze every penny out of my system.
So I decided to fart around with the BIOS settings and see what I could
do.
I went into Advanced Settings and found my system was set to optimal.
Beside it, it said, aggressive.

My system is now set to aggressive, but I would like to know exactly what
makes it so aggressive.

Such things as lower timings for RAM, provided the later can support it...

Huh? :S
It now says Performance DDR timing Enabled when I boot up.
Thats about it....
