After logon Error

Hi guys, My Winxp Pro got problem. It always reboot by itself. I don't know why. Last time, it used to be ok. When I logon, it pop up a msg with this
win ex recover
then click on error detail
and it showed up
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini031402-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\kenji\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

Any idea?🙁
