Adding submenu to right-click context menu?

I want to create a submenu for the right-click menu of exe files to be able to set the priority at which the file will be run.

I know this has to be done in the registry, and I've already added one in for just setting the priority to high, but is there anyway to do this?

Basically what I want to know is how to create a submenu on the right-click menu of exe files; I already know the command you have to put in for it to run at that priority.

Set Priority
...Low
...Below Normal
...Normal
...Above Normal
...High
...Realtime

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
