add remove programs error, help plz

I tryed to open my add remove programs thing in control pannel and I get this error.

Parser Message
Value creation failed " at line 472

Can anyone tell me how to fix this I don't even know what this error mean and I can't get into my add/remove thing to take stuff off my pc.

What theme are you using? And are you running SP1?

Some of the older KoL themes have a problem with the shellstyle and SP1, I think the solution if I remember is to rename the 'shell' folder with the theme to something else.
