Adapter to output video to LCD.

So I want to be able to play consoles and play movies while using my LCD. Anyone have adapters they can recommend?

Not sure I understand the question.

Both at the same time (game/movie plus computer?) without going through a TV Tuner card or external USB tuner box?

It doesn't have to be at the same time. Is a TV Tuner what I want if I want to hook up an external video feed?
