Adaptec 2906 SCSI card and WinXP

I am having trouble with my Plextor CD-R and I suspect that my Adaptec SCSI card is the problem. Is anyone else using this PCI card with WinXP? My version of XP doesn't correctly recognize this card, the Adaptec 2906 PCI SCSI card. Help me out!

Looking through Adaptec's website, they don't have drivers for XP. They do have Win2K drivers, but they say they are for Windows 2000 Professional only. You way want to try those, but from the site they probably will not work, but its worth a try 🙂
