What is the Active Ports 1.3 that is listed in the Hottest D/L's on the home page? I clicked to see if anything would come up describing it but it went to D/L.

Active Ports
easy to use tool for Windows NT/2000/XP that enables you to monitor all open TCP/IP and UDP ports on the local computer.
