Active Desktop

Back in the day someone had an Active Desktop program out there. Where you pick the files, ect to you and than it generates a page. I cant find it any more. Can someone help me out thanks.

Its a little program that someone made in Vb. They used to post on this site. Its just a lot easier and no coding.

how can I get rid of my recycling bin on the desktop...I just can't figure it out
