Active Desktop Help

When I put a backround on my active desktop. The color dont match up. What can I do?

well now i am confused. when i look at that pic you cant tell.

Well I can't tell either (the blue bit right?). Are the RGB values the same for the background and the active desktop part?

Easy way to grab exact color values is with a tiny, free app located here: http://www.entic.net/~vmoya/downloads.html (ColorPad v2.4).

Comes in handy when your 3/10ths of a shade off.
