acrobat

i am trying to open acrobat reader on moms box its a 1.3 athlon xp 128 ram, and should be able to work, i tried 6.0 and it would just freeze. Found 5.x and tried it, that atleast loads but every pdf document and just gives error. i looked on the adobe forum but not much going on there, maybe someone else has had the problem or heard about it.. any help would be great, see'n that its christmas time mom would be in a great mood

Have you tried uninstalling all and reinstalling....?
Just a thought...

yes, i unistealled and rebooted but still no luck. I might have to format the computer.

boot.ini or what ever is messed up also, i just noticed 3days ago, might as well get it over with
