In the diagram i have a setup. I am running Packet tracer Cisco's router toy configuration.

Brief Info on setup:

Router : GAD#show ip int brief
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol

FastEthernet0/0 192.168.14.1 YES manual up up

FastEthernet0/1 192.168.15.1 YES manual up up

GAD#show ip access-lists --> this is a N(named)ACL on the routers Fa0/0 facing in
Standard IP access list no_access
deny 192.168.14.0 0.0.0.255 (56 match(es))
permit any

Host PC0--> 192.168.14.2
Host PC1--> 192.168.14.3
Host PC4--> 192.168.15.2

What i was wondering is PC4 is pinging 14.2 /14.3 the router doesnt allow those packets because the source address is denied by the ACL ..... am i right????

if int fa0/0 is the left int on the router pic then you would be correct.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
