Kidding [sorry], but really... I'm going to guess the rest of that says "Norton Protected Drive" or something like that. I'd check the settings inside your Norton Software to see if your C: drive is being restricted with some kind of security policy.

If not, maybe open up the run dialog, type in "GPEDIT.MSC" and have a look at the security policies.

I see nothing out of order in both the things you told me to do. I did uninstall norton and the problem went away then I reinstalled it and it came back :huh: I forgot to mention that I only get this message when I restart.
