about system utilities

I'm a foreign student.I found a wonderfull software is looking for affiliates. it's name is "Wopti Utilities" which like a combination of Everest and Tunup with a low price. And i'm going to sell it to my classmates. But i'm not sure whether it is valuable. And you can use its whole functions after 30-day trial, that's make me a headache.
Could you give me some suggestions?
