about removing popups

I have the host file that is used to eliminate popups, but it doesn't remove all popups.

I was wondering how you find the web address that needs blocking. For excample.

www.acewallpapers.com

has the free gift popup and the casino one. I want to remove them.

I understand how to add them to the host file. I just don't know what the webaddress is.

How do I find it?

I prefer SMASHER. It closes popups as quick as they open. And there is no need to add URLs. It is setup to go.

to view the address of pop-up i usually use Opera..... make sure you enable pop-up select the pop-up window..... click on View->Address Bar.... select to view the address bar and presto... you have the address of the pop-up....
