about NTFS and FAT32

hi
i have winxp pro installed in a FAT32 drive
my question is"if i installed winxp on a NTFS drive shall it be faster or it dosn't matter?"

It wouldnt necessarily be faster. But it would be more secure, and will recover from errors much better.

IMO, both filesystems have comparable speeds.
