About Icon Phile..

Been looking high and low for some proggies that lets u change the run and the search icon in the start menu. i came over icon phile, but the icons wont change..any ideas?? I tried to rebuild the icon cache and all to no avail. I downloaded the newest one that said it has xp-support..any help would be great

oh..hehe, sorry..
over at virtual plastic i found out that u can change those icons via reg editor.

from their site:
Other items in the right section have icon setting in the registry at HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID. Clsid values there have an underlying "DefaultIcon" key, where you can set the path to your icon. Here's the values:
