Yes, i have the A7N8X-Dx and a GeForce4 Ti 4200 Agp 4x and it works great.

yeah I should have mentioned I had a GF2 and Asus A7N8X mobo, might have given more proof that it works

I just finished installing my new 2100+, a7n8x delux and 80 gig wd 8mb buffer drive =] ME SOOOO HAPPY!!!
I still have to install the drivers for the onboard stuff on the mobo but its coming along nicely. Thanks for the quick replies guys, I also have a Ti4200 and its working fine now...gotta see what drivers are best. Since you have the same card and mobo Skauch, which Detonators are you using? which are best?
