A web-cam thread

I did do a quick search and could not find a thread dedicated to web-cam links as such. I am sure a mod will put me straight if I am wrong - maybe there's something in legacy?

Anyway, what made me think of it is here possibly one of the longest running nothing happening web-cams.... you could be watching that a long time with nothing happening!
