Well I've been using the tips and tricks from this site to tune my windows. Guess what? i found a utility on download.com called BOOSTxp. Well guys about 35-40 different utilities.
I found the wallpaper changer which is just like webshots.
and I can manage my appointments , Gosh I always forgot my gf b'day .
And it improves my system performance too
It has Registry cleaner , system cleaner , and Hell lot of optimization and system utils
