A tribute to genius....

This thread was inspired by my reading about Sigmund Freud, Albert Einstein, and Karl Marx. These 3 German Jews shaped the 20th century. Freud, with his radical experiments upon the human mind. Without Freud nobody would have considered that what happens in a persons childhood may later effect their behavior as an adult, and until Einstein developed his theory of relativity... nobody had reason to question the absoluteness of space and time, or the vision of the universe as a three-dimensional stage. (and who could forget the atom bomb?) Marx urged the workers of the world to unite... without his philosophies, the great masses of the proletariat might never have considered living and working in a society driven from the bottom up, not the top down...
Some of their theories have been challanged. Some have been proven to be incorrect, some not, but these three men have changed our lives for better or for worse...

They say Isaac Newton discovered gravity. Ok fair enough, but before him was everybody floating around like in outer space?:p

eh... um... marx promoted a religion.. he promoted an idealogy...

he promoted a way to make things better and his ideas... for the most part... are actually quite good...

it is just unfortunate that countries that have chosen to adopt marxist government setup routinely fall victim to the whims of individuals who usurp the power and thereby turn the country into a dictatorship...

Sure he did, think of all the communist countries, China, Cuba...

Then what communism did to Russia, the Tsar overthrow, and you still dare say he didn't change anything?

i seem to have missed the point of this thread... is it just a tribute to geniuses in general or specifically jewish geniuses or is it to question these genius's genius?
