This thread was inspired by my reading about Sigmund Freud, Albert Einstein, and Karl Marx. These 3 German Jews shaped the 20th century. Freud, with his radical experiments upon the human mind. Without Freud nobody would have considered that what happens in a persons childhood may later effect their behavior as an adult, and until Einstein developed his theory of relativity... nobody had reason to question the absoluteness of space and time, or the vision of the universe as a three-dimensional stage. (and who could forget the atom bomb?) Marx urged the workers of the world to unite... without his philosophies, the great masses of the proletariat might never have considered living and working in a society driven from the bottom up, not the top down...
