I have a friend that wants to create a blog and wants me to recommend a free blogging site for her. She is an older lady, so no racy stuff should be on the site or ads that pop up. I am looking at eBloggy and it looks ok on the surface.
She does not have a lot of computer knowledge so the easier the better.
