A F*****g Game Problem !!!

for some reason my Motocross madness 2 graphics do not appear as they should and when I played this game before I formatted my PC, it was perfect. Why is this happening ?

GPU Card : Nvidia GeForce 2 MX 400 with TV out
Drivers : Leaked 27.42

Should I get refresh rate fix ?

Were you using those same leaked drivers before you formatted?, try switching drivers

and the refresh fix is not going to change a problem with graphics

the problem is fixed and it got fixed after I fixed the Refresh rate.
Strange !!!!!
