9800 XT vs 9600 XT

Hey all,

I'm not in the market for a new vid card but I stumbled across this on pricewatch.

It seems like an amazing price (the next one is like $260) but I've never heard of JetWay before nor do I know if its worth it to go from 9600 xt up to 9800 xt. Any thoughts?

It's not worth it price VS performance. If you're looking for something that'll give you a nice boost then look into the 6600 GT's, they're cheaper than the 9800 series and offer better performance in just about every way.

Thanks guys. I wasn't really sure what to do and I'm glad I waited. I probably won't upgrade for a while, but when I saw an $80 difference I figured I'd take a look. I put 2 6600GT's into my roommates SLI rig for him and they do fly so it might be worth it eventually. One of the reasons I don't jump on the nVidia is I've got an ATI TV card and it only works with Radeon vid cards.
