3D card crashes.

I just upgraded from a GeForce2 mx with tuner, to a GeForce 4 ti4200. When I play Counter-Strike, GTA3 or WarCraft III, my computer freezes and I get an audio loop. I think it might be my drivers, but it might be the card itself. I have a P3 1GhZ, and 384mb of ram. I'm using drivers from the cd, which are 27.xx I have the Xtasy version of the card. Thanks for any and all help.

hm. well i did this first. i used 3 sets of drivers already. non-detonator, and detonator
