How do you enable 32-bit icons?

if you have windows XP it's already enabled. all you have to do now is actually use 32 bit icons 🙂 you'll find icons at various sites like mmicons and deviantart that usually say they are 32 bit. alot of the homemade icons you see floating around for xp nowadays are 32bit 🙂
