This is especially for the forum-dwellers who don't bother reading the frontpage. 
As you may (or may not) know, the 2005 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas has commenced. Heaps of new gadgets from all the big-name manufacturers for us to drool over. Most of us won't be able to make it to the actual event, but you can catch all the latest news over at Engadget (for fellow RSS-junkies, here's the feed).
Bill Gates is the opening keynote speaker this year, and you can watch the live broadcast video here at 6:30PM PST today (that's 40 minutes from now, for people in other time zones)
