2 computers thru firewall??

I start using Norton Internet Security, when I enable it..it works on my pc.
But, the other pc downstairs cant acces the internet..what can I and how can I let it connect the internet again? what "rule" should I alow? pls help

You need to be using the latest version of NIS for it to work. All you would do is enable the Local LAN feature of it. You would simply specify which computers on your LAN can have access to the machine and it would allow it.
