i mwondering if anyone out there has ever gotten 2 atx power supplies to work off of the signals of one motherboard?...
i would like to do this so that my cooking system can run off one supply and my MB and drives can run off the other. i would like to bridge 2 450 watt power supplies together if possible.
i have read up that you can short the PS-ON pin 14 to a ground pin to turn the supply on... but i need to know what other wires the MB uses to signal the supply to stay on.
im guessing that it just keeps 14 shorted to ground once it senses power has come on.
if anyone can help me out by verifying this i would be very grateful.
