100fps on cs but skips...

Ok i get 100fps in cs now. But why the hell does cs keep freezing for a milisecond every 4 seconds? even tho there is no action goign on!

its a thing I had with winxp and cs...

freezing that is...

I don't know what causes it... I never had it with win2k... but since I upgraded my system I have not had an issue with it...

Oh wait... It doesnt freeze every milisecond every 4 seconds whenever I dont use my DSL connection. Why is this? it freezes every milisecond every 4 seconds when i use DSL? WHy? My DSL is cool.
