I played in the last weekend event, thought it was alright. Probally alot funner if your playing with friends. I have a few friends that pre-ordered it, so I might play it, also since it doesnt cost monthly.

also is it a free addition?

You can also run a spyware cleaner (along with AVG that mafia recommened) like Spybot S&D and/or Ad-Aware.
