    after i install SP2 i restart my computer. apon restart the computer fully loads up and than the screen go multi coloured - i cant see any windows or the windows XP OS the screen is just blank - multi coloured - HELP NEEDED

    I recently Re-formated my computer everything is working great except the computer will not auto shutdown - i have to shut i down and than press the button on the tower to turn it off. CAN YOU HELP ME.
