im having a very annoying problem...i keep my folders in detail view...but the root of my d: keeps changing itself to tile view....(i hate tile view) and as many time as i change it back it resets itself to tile view within a few minuts of closing the windows and returning. what do i do to...

Freind of mine just bought an audigy 1 soundcard , windows detects it and begins to use it but if you reboot the machione will not boot , take the card out it boots fine put it back in same thing one use and no booting. Any help ?

Ok everytime i start a new program like MSIE or outlook or a game or anything it immeadiatly runs up to 100% processor usage in the xp process manager, leaving my system running terribly slow. I have an AMD Athlon 1500+ and i know theres no way that this should be happening. PLEASE HELP!!!

ok i just installed office xp and outlook loaded up fine ....i load it up a second time and the splash sits there for over a minute...how do i make outlook load fast like it used to ?:o

ok i have an nvidia geforce 4 mx 440 64 ddr and im wonderign how much overclocking it can handle and how to do it ....right now ive tried editing the bios to increase the core and mem clock speeds but still seem some small glitches ..... help or hints?

for some reason i can no longer play starcraft after installing the new nvidia drivers for my geforce 4 it used to work but now no matter how many uninstalls/reinstalls of both the game and the drivers of various versions the games starts and minimizes and cannot be put to window or fullscreen...
