    No.. free download you go to their support web site and manually download the liveupdate software. It won't do you any good unless you have a version of phone tools already... Where you get that is up to you....

EXCEPT for uninstalling my version that I had installed, and reinstalling another version on the net (was curious), and pooched it. Now I can't do what I did before.... really...
