not sure if this is the right section to post this but here goes; i have the 30gb iPod video and i just transfered a cd onto it and when i played it in my car ( i have the alpine idx-001, which is a full speed ipod only radio) the songs crackle and pop. i tried unplugging it plugging it back...

check the 'album artist' tag track by track. i just had the same issue. i tried editing the tags all as one but it wasn't working so i looked at one track and noticed the 'album artist' tag was different in each and that could only be viewed track by track.

i am going to upgrade my video card and i trying to decide between the 8800gts or the x1950pro. i will be using vista so is it worth the extra $80 for the gts or should i just go with the x1950?

i think you made the right choice. the ps3 is a hype machine and not really worth the $600 unless you want a cheaper blu-ray player. i would either get the wii or the 360. i have the 360 and am loving gears and viva pinata. well worth it to me.

i am having trouble ripping cds. i put one in and then i have to restart the zune software so it will see the cd. is there something i am doing wrong?

oh yeah, it comes in brown. not too bad but i got a black one.

i just got one and so far i find the software to be a bit tedious but i like it otherwise. i just want to be able to drag and drop in explorer but it's not to be.

i was thinking of buying an mp3 player, leaning towards an iPod but i want to be able to drag and drop mp3s and keep them in folders. is this an option with the iPod or any mp3 player? i don't want to use proprietary software.

i went with a 34" sony vega tube hdtv. it has the resolution i wanted and an amazing picture. i went to all the electronic stores in my area and the picture on this was far superior then any other tv i looked at. cheaper too. being tube though it isn't as big as the lcd's or plasmas.

some how last night i dragged the show desktop button off my taskbar and now i can't get it back. is there any way to restore this very useful button to my taskbar? thanks

i know the hard disc is the first to boot. i have the floppy seek disabled.
